Your audio is transcribed server-side with speaker detection — perfect for in-person meetings, calls, or conversations you want your agent to have context on.
The transcript is sent to your Clawdbot agent, which processes it with full context, memory, and tools — then responds in your chat channel.
Dispatch connects to your existing Clawdbot gateway. Two things to configure:
1. Expose your gateway

2. Add the Dispatch webhook hook to your Clawdbot config and note your hook token.
3. Enter your Gateway URL and Token in the Dispatch app settings.

Dispatch processes audio recordings you explicitly submit. Recordings are transcribed server-side using Deepgram and forwarded to your self-hosted Clawdbot gateway.
We do not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.
Audio files and transcriptions are stored temporarily for processing. We do not maintain long-term records of your voice data. Your Clawdbot agent's memory and processing happen entirely on your own infrastructure.

Dispatch is a voice memo app that connects to your self-hosted Clawdbot AI agent. We provide audio transcription and message forwarding. Your AI agent runs on your own infrastructure.
We provide Dispatch on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Masinov Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dispatch.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Dispatch after changes constitutes acceptance.
